Staff were wonderful - the room was comfortable - the location was walking distance to everything in southbank so it was nice being able to walk everywhere.

- Great central location, neat and tidy rooms - Family friendly - Comfy beds - Efficient breakfast service and lots of variety. My omelette was perfect on every order (thank you!) - Our kids were given welcome packs - Staff were helpful, professional and polite

Very comfortable stay in the corner king room. Staff were very accommodating at reception and the restaurant. We had a Christmas buffet there as well and there was a special vegan menu. Beds were super comfy and the rooms were very clean. Very close to Southbank and all the attractions there. We were lucky to get parking on site (for a fee).

Beds were super comfy. Buffet breaky was great! There was a lady that came and did balloon animals while we dined which was great! The kids loved that. The pool wasn't anything spectacular but was a great depth, just shallow enough for the kids to touch which made it great for playing games in the pool. Close enough location to get to Southbank. Probably a 10min walk.

We only stayed one night but we arrived early, and our room was ready. There was no parking available in main building, but they had extra parking a 3-minute walk away. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious with a big counter which we like. Great location for our event at Southbank.

We loved everything about our stay at the Novotel Brisbane South Bank! Everything about our stay there exceeded our expectations, from the super comfortable room to the beautiful Bastille Day decorations, the superb breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff, the location, the gym, and the pool - attention to detail was better than in much more expensive hotels, and this made our stay even more enjoyable. We look forward to staying here (the perfect base for exploring Brisbane) during our next visit!

Walking distance to the West End Village shops; lots of restaurants and cafes around; walking distance to Southbank and the gardens and swimming pools there; lots of kiosks; cafes; restaurants; walking distance to the Art Gallery and Museum and Theatre; Cinemas too; access to the ferry - take a ride to more restaurants etc. the room had a great view over the park; and very comfortant beds. Staff were always helpful and a restaurant /bar downstairs was great too.

Great facilities, lovely, clean shower and toilet/bathroom area. Room well set up for short stays, comfortable and inviting. While parking wasn't available in the hotel (already full), we were able to leave our bags at reception and park in the nearby Entertainment Centre and were charged the same amount for parking.
